Subbie File customer terms

Service and account

Subbie File stores subcontractor contact details and documents, records expiry dates and review decisions, sends email reminders and upload links, and prepares downloadable site evidence packs. You are responsible for your account credentials and for ensuring authorised users have appropriate access.

Your responsibilities

You must be authorised to collect, upload, store, and share each document and personal information entered into the service. You decide which documents a client requires, whether a file is current and acceptable, and who can receive an evidence pack. You are responsible for notifying subcontractors where required and for complying with applicable privacy, workplace, insurance, and record-keeping obligations.

Subbie File records receipt, expiry dates, and your team's review status. It does not authenticate documents, verify insurance cover, interpret policies, or certify a person or business as insured or legally compliant. Reminders depend on the expiry dates entered and email delivery; they do not replace your own checks.

Trial, price, and cancellation

The trial lasts 14 days and does not require a payment card. The subscription costs A$39 per month including GST for up to 50 active subcontractor records. Checkout shows the applicable total before payment. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the self-serve billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself delete workspace data. You may export your workspace and request deletion using the controls shown in the service. An active paid subscription must first be cancelled or ended before workspace deletion.

If the service is faulty or not provided as promised, contact us so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including applicable consumer guarantees.

Data, availability, and responsibility

You retain your rights to documents and information you provide. You permit us and our service providers to process them as needed to operate, secure, and support Subbie File. The privacy notice explains providers, overseas processing, security, and retention. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or email delivery.
