Do subcontractors need an account?
No. They receive an expiring upload link by email and can upload from a mobile browser.
Does Subbie File confirm that a subcontractor is insured?
No. It records documents, expiry dates, and whether you marked each document as approved or rejected. You remain responsible for checking the evidence against your client’s requirements.
What files can I upload?
PDF, JPG, and PNG files up to 5 MB each. Storage is limited to 100 MB per business workspace during this early version.
Can I cancel or delete my data?
You manage billing online. You can export your records or delete the workspace from its settings. Deletion removes the documents and records held in your Subbie File workspace.
